For kitchen-led projects, we also look at the connected areas around the kitchen, such as the laundry, meals area, living space, bathroom or powder room, where those spaces affect the overall renovation.

For serious renovations, usually no. A real quote needs context. Photos and notes help, but they rarely show enough to price a kitchen-led or multi-room renovation properly.
