01 / How it works
The trades change.
Your point of contact doesn’t.
Specialists change as the work moves. Your accountable contact does not.
- 01
First review
Aaron reviews the photos, suburb, timing and budget so the first conversation starts with context.
- 02
Project scope
Layout, connected work, services and likely cost are resolved before selections begin.
- 03
Build coordination
Aaron coordinates the trades, sequence and site decisions, so you always know who to call.
- 04
Final handover
Aaron remains responsible through the final details and the finished room.

02 / Plan the room first
Work out the room.
Then choose what goes in it.
Layout, circulation, plumbing, electrical work and the adjoining rooms affect the result. Those decisions need to make sense before cabinetry, tiles and tapware lock the project in.
03 / Owner-led
Aaron stays close
to the work.
He reviews the brief, shapes the scope and coordinates delivery. There is no handover from a salesperson to a separate site team.

04 / Useful answers
A few things worth knowing before you enquire.
Clear answers about what Bluestone does, how the first review works and what you need to send.
01Do I need finished plans?
No. A few current photos, the suburb, rough budget, timing and what is not working are enough for the first review.
02What does Bluestone actually deliver?
Complete kitchen, bathroom and laundry renovations, including the connected building work needed to make the room function. Bluestone is not a cabinet supplier or product showroom.
03Can I send only a bathroom or laundry?
Yes—when it is a complete renovation rather than an isolated repair or product installation. Kitchens, bathrooms, laundries and multi-room projects all follow the same owner-led process.
04Who will I deal with?
Aaron reviews the enquiry, shapes the scope and stays responsible through coordination and handover. There is no sales-to-site relay.
05What happens after I send details?
Aaron reviews what you have sent and responds with the next sensible step. Nothing is automatically booked, and there is no commitment at this stage.
A few photos and rough details are enough.
Send the room, suburb, timing and rough budget. Aaron reviews it personally; nothing is booked automatically.
