You deal with Aaron, start to finish

One accountable point of contact, scope to handover

THE FREE FIRST STEP

Tell us about your project.

The basics are enough for a first look. Aaron reviews every submission personally, usually within one to two business days. If it looks suitable, he’ll call for a short conversation about the scope, timing and likely budget—free, no obligation and no sales script.

Photos are essential for the first review. Upload any plans, sketches or reports you already have; you do not need to commission new documents before enquiring.

WHO YOU’LL BE DEALING WITH

You deal with Aaron, start to finish.

I own and run Bluestone Build Co. I review every enquiry personally. When an on-site assessment is appropriate, I attend the home and remain involved from scope and proposal through construction. You will not be passed from a salesperson to a different team once the job begins.

The possible on-site step

After Bluestone reviews your submission and speaks with you, the next step may be an on-site project assessment. Aaron inspects the home, confirms the intended scope and identifies issues that could affect the work. Its scope and fee are explained before anything is booked.

What the visit is for

  • Up to 90 minutes on site with Aaron
  • Confirm the agreed construction scope
  • Inspect existing conditions and foreseeable complications
  • Clarify unresolved decisions, assumptions and allowances

What follows

For a suitably defined project, Bluestone prepares a written construction proposal with a firm price for the agreed scope—not merely a broad range.

Any applicable fee is credited in full if Bluestone completes the renovation.

This is not a measured design, tender pack, supplier-quote bundle or transferable set of drawings unless separately engaged.

A good fit: a meaningful kitchen-led renovation in an established Melbourne home, often involving adjoining rooms, services, flooring, lighting or structural work.

Not ready for this step: a project too unresolved to price responsibly. Aaron will identify what must be decided or designed first rather than book an assessment that cannot produce the promised proposal.
